Our Client is one of Perth's leading commercial and residential detailed joinery fit out companies, working in the high end market with a top tier client base and an outstanding reputation for resolving detail & on time delivery.
Having been in the business for over 15years, with a consistently expanding client base, our client offers a stable working environment, working on end high Architecturally designed commercial and residential projects typically valued between $ 200K & $1M plus.
An opportunity has now presented itself for an Estimator to join our client working out of their office/factory based in the south west. You will be responsible for delivering detailed tenders & submissions, managing time & resources to ensure the timely completion of tenders & submissions.
You will be working in conjunction with a close knit and well established team reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The essential criteria for the role of Estimator will be : -
- Trade Qualifications – Joinery
- Previous estimating experience
- Driven to make things happen
- Computer literate - advanced excel skills
- Eye for detail
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Ability to think outside the square
- Current drivers licence
- Keen and enthusiastic
