Senior Shopfitter/Manager
A thriving shop fitting company north of Perth is looking for an experienced SENIOR JOINER/SHOP FITTER to become part of their successful team!
They deliver a high quality service and a pleasing end production to their clients, always within budget & on time.

This role will be both hands on factory based role as well as a middle management role based more in the office.
Essential duties will include set outs, coordinating cutting lists, oversee plans, job & staff management. Some assembly & construction duties are of course mandatory as well as a strong focus on maintaining workshop equipment, quality & safety to a high standard.
YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING TO BE SUCCESFUL:
- Trade qualification – carpenter / joiner / shop fitter / cabinet maker
- Experience in use of general woodworking machinery
- Experience in use of manual and electric hand tools commonly found in wood shops.
- Common sense, general literacy and numeracy skills
- Be prompt, reliable, efficient & ability to effectively work unsupervised.
- Have a professional attitude and a sound work ethic.
- Have management experience in a similar role!
- A sound track record with previous employers
